About the Leahs

True Doppelgangers
       a : double
       b : alter ego
c : a person who has the same name as another
We are both named Leah Sommer. We’re not related and we’ve never met. But as coincidence and the interwebs meant it to be, we’ve connected in our journey to health and wellness.

Some time ago, we were the only two Leah Sommers on Facebook so we became friends... it wasn't until several years later that we realized we had some interesting similarities like Crossfit, our profession, our dogs, our health choices... oh and obviously our name!

We are CrossFit athletes, who are striving to improve our health and well being. We hope you’ll support and encourage us, and share in our frustrations and celebrations.
